Once a request has been sent to Solstice, and reception is properly confirmed (which is almost instantaneous), the application knows that its message will be processed. There are obviously no guarantee on schedule, but it can be certain that the message will never get corrupted, nor deleted, nor delivered to a wrong adress. This is enforced using a very robust
persistence mechanism, in addition to special message-tracking features (since Solstice has no control over the email message once it has been sent, it is necessary to track it).
